History of the Club
In 1992 a small but dedicated group of Paint and Pinto horse owners formed the Eastern Ontario Paint and Pinto Club. The club originally began with 19 members and one show per year which was held at the Williamstown fairgrounds. By 2001 our membership had grown to over 122 members including members from Quebec and the United States.
In 1997, the club obtained a charter with the American Paint Horse Association (A.P.H.A.). The club changed its name to the Eastern Ontario Paint Horse Club (E.O.P.H.C.). The purpose of the club is to promote the Paint horse, showcasing not only their beauty but their versatility.
